Color is what you take in as you discover local artists, cultural dining spots and bodegas. This sprawling neighborhood in northern Brooklyn was one of the borough's first settlements. Its diverse housing stock includes six-family apartment buildings and two- and three-family townhouses. Bushwick is bounded by Flushing Avenue on the north, Broadway on the southwest, Queens to the northeast and the Cemetery of the Evergreens on the southeast.
