Cozy, charming and familiar streets are in store for you and wandering into a favorite bistro will become routine when you live in Greenpoint. Located at the northernmost neighborhood of Brooklyn, it is bordered by Long Island City, Sunnyside, Maspeth, Williamsburg and Queens.

The neighborhood is evolving, offering a mix of apartment buildings and condo units, some of which are new construction.

Parks include McCarren Park, the neighborhood's largest green space, and the smaller McGolrick Park, which contains both the landmarked Shelter Pavilion and an allegorical monument to the ironclad ship USS Monitor.
